The Bartlett Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization primarily focusing on Leadership, Education and Workforce Development in the Bartlett Community. It serves as a vehicle to administer and implement programs that may not fall within the traditional purview of a chamber of commerce. The Bartlett Chamber Foundation actively addresses workforce and educational issues, promoting quality of life, lessening the burden of local and state government and confronting challenges facing the community.

Main program areas are Leadership Bartlett, community enhancement projects and workforce development initiatives . Emphasis is also placed on the education and training of existing and future employees on the skills needed for the 21st Century.

he Bartlett Chamber Foundation is a recognized 501(C)(3) organization by the State of Tennessee. The Board of Directors, Chaired by Delynn Byars, work to promote the above-mentioned community programs and partners with local governments and area businesses to garner funds to help oversee and maintain the programs.
